Andy asked me to post an announcment on the forums. I have just released the first revision of my AC3D loader for Xith3D (http://www.xith3d.org), a Java3D like scene graph that runs on top of JOGL (https://jogl.dev.java.net/), Sun's Java opengl bindings which are part of Sun's Game Technology Group.
The loader can be found in the resources section of New Dawn Software (http://www.newdawnsoftware.com)'s website.
