Seems quite expensive to me if you consider the cost of AC3D. I'm not suggesting the price of AC3D should go up though :wink:

If you go to the official Pov-Ray site, in their resourses section you can find links to plug-ins that allow you to generate trees.
The samples that I've seen look pretty realistic, but I haven't tried to use it with AC3D though. At this point I'm not advanced enough in my knowledge to use it with AC3D.
