Slice Surface error

I get a error on my newer machine when I try to use slice surface to form a edge loop around a eye socket. Normally locks up ac3d and starts sucking my memory up until I end it.
(ati radeon 9500, amd 1900+)

On the Older machine ATI RAdeon 7500 amd tbird 900mhz

it hasn't given the problem but I tried it on a simply box primitive that had been divide twice.

Strange that the same thing should work on one machine and not the other.

Please send me the file and a way that I can duplicate what you are doing and I'll investigate.
