I have ac3d 4 and downloaded the Windows Plugin Pack from this page. But the ms3d Plugin (Export and Import) doesn't work. There is no Warning or message that ac3d failed to load or use the plugin but if you try to open a ms3d-file the program give you a list of the Types who could be opened. But there is no ms3d.
(Sorry for my bad English  ) and Thanks for Answers.

You need an AC3D licence in order to use plugins.
Unzip the plugin .zip so that all the *.p files go in the plugin folder, which is within the folder where you installed AC3D.
When you start AC3D, watch the console - it will print out the names of plugins it finds.
You can find out more about the plugins that are installed with Help->About-plugins.

I see an option for Milkshape ascii files in the import and export menus... (File|Import and File|Export) Is that what you're looking for?
