help ac3d cant get it to run

every time i start ac3d i get general extraction error
location imp1

which is really gutting as ive just bought this program and i cant use it and the support email is rejected by my pop client


need help urgently

This was a problem with the (Windows) installer on a small number of machines and it has now been fixed.

If you experienced this problem - please re-download the latest build of AC3D.
