zoom in or out

i like to have the option to zoom in on the coordinants the mousepointer is
so if i have a box i point the mouse to 1 corner and when i use the scrollbutton it zoom's towards the corner of the box

just wondering if you know about the 'snap view to selected'.
select the corner of your box, then hit Ctrl-G
