USWinger,
You need some space to load your pics from. Image-shack, photo-bucket, or your ISP provided web space. Put your pics somewhere like that, then put the link in your post here for folks to click on.
Or, put the link in your post with IMG tags, to have the pic show here.
i.e.
url for your pic
CaptainJ,
Looking good, there. I guess the shuttle must be private or for a group less conservative than Star Fleet?

Spinner,
Yeah, the shuttle was a prototype built by Captain Jamie Takahashi. He's a bit of a maverick, a 20 year old "mutant" who only has his position because he's considered an experiment. Excentric, but extremely qualified. Unfortunately the shuttle was destroyed in 2403 during a skirmish of the Parallel Universe War of 2403.
Here's another of my Star Trek Images

Galileo Class. It's a Pre-TOS scout type.

Nice!
A bit more details on the model's surface would perhaps make it look a bit more "real".

I was kinda hoping no one would ask that... . Well, here goes...First off, I did the usual "Create Line", "Rotate 360 degrees 36 segments", "Bevel surfaces" deal, but that was the easy part. Next, I made a cylinder without capped ends and changed it's Z dimension so it was just a flat circle. I rotated it along the X axis so it's slope was the same as the hull plating. Then I moved it so it overlapped the plate, deleted the plate, and created surfaces using the vertices from the circle and empty space in the hull. Then I created a window, beveled it in a bit, and colored it so it would glow. I'll see if I can make a tutorial for this to make it a bit easier to understand...
PS, here's one of my lost projects - Bonhomme Richard Class Cruiser:

It's a new type of compact starship warp core for the Avenger Class starship. Space was slightly at a lack, so the idea was to put the dutirium tanks inside the nacelle pylons with inlets to the warp core running horizontally to engineering deck 1 where it was routed downward into the warp core. The warp core itself has three access points in which to install dilithium crystals. The core features primary, secondary, and tertiary crystals to control the reactions more carefully. Because of the two extra access points, the drive plasma was routed through the back to another routing chamber which sent it to the port and starboard nacelles.

Here's a bridge interior. I think I need to make it smaller inside, it's a pretty spacious bridge...

my suggestion would be to reduce the number of vertices. I have found that AC3D will do some serious lag as it can only hold so many vertices. so you might want to try and reduce the number of vertices.

You could also work with one-sided objects. Or maybe you could even go to wireframe view instead.
Also, you might be able to shrink the whole station. Sometimes objects larger than 10 units slow things down.
