I have uploaded some of my latest pictures to my website. I plan to upload more when I get the time. Some more models as well. Only problem may be the transfer limit, but time will tell :)

Nice work as always. I just made a website of my own, but if anyone looks at it, they'll notice it's still very much incomplete. How long did you spend making your website?

Not that long. What takes time is all the resizing of the pictures and thumbs.

The server I'm using makes all the thumbnails for me :D

lol. I could go that route. But I preferr just hosting the pics on my website. so when its uploaded I just use the actual picture to show here. that is lazyness at its fineist.

So basically your site is just like a photobucket and nothing more?

nightoftheroundtable

hmmm you can call it a photo bucket. but I dont think anyone really minds me using that method.

Ever manage to get a 96% on a ten page book report on The Canterbury Tales without even reading it?

nightoftheroundtable
12th July 2006, 12:58 AM
pretty much laziness I guess

captainj2410

haha good job for your book report! You are right it is useless to read a book for a book report when you have sites like sparksnotes or cliffsnotes with nice summaries.

captainj2410
12th July 2006, 12:40 PM
I didn't even use sparknotes! I just rambled on about the middle ages! Besides, it's the general consensus of myself and my classmates that sparknotes are horribly written. Useful, but horribly written nonetheless.

whats this sparknote.

It's a site with works on many books. You have things like plot and caracter analyses.

I use to only read the general summaries and then to make my own summary based on this one.

Back to the main topic --- great models Thor!

At least the screenies say so --- I don't have a way to view the OBP's. Would love to see the Picker more closeup --- looks *very* nice.

Ah yes. The Picker. Buildt in Bryce. I always wanted it exported as a 3ds file, but only format you can export to with Bryce, is OBP's. Quite a shame actually. But here is a closeup. And the details are as usual exessive :)

pretty awsome stuff.

captainj2410
13th July 2006, 12:11 AM
That is incredible detail! Did you study engineering or something? I don't see how it's possible to be able to make all the components necessary to the Picker's function without some prior knowlege of mechanical engineering or something like that!

I am with the captain on this one. still I like the attention to detail
