Still can't render..Help

I promise I'll dye my hair blonde after this question...I still can't render...It goes to POV, starts it up.. but there is no tab at top to select to run my picture? Nothing happens...Help is way beyond a simple need

Open the POV file created by AC3D into PovRay (File/Open file) and ... run it.
