Info Console window

when i start ac3d there is another window pops up.its title bar reads Info Console.how could i get rid of that because when i installed ac3d on another computer this second windows didn't pop up.i formated my computer but it is still there

change File->Settings->Advanced->Show-windows-console

The console will always show but this setting controls if it stays after startup.
