No Video In Tutorials

I posted another thread on this in the wrong forum. Sorry about that.

Anyway, I am not getting video. I tried on 3 different machines, and it is saying it doesnt have the proper codecs to show video and they can't be found on the server.

All I get is audio..... anyone else having that problem or know where to get the QT plugin needed to view the videos??

Some folks, myself included, had problems before upgrading Quicktime --- try here if you're on a Windows platform:

That did the trick. I had Version 6 and figured that should be fine. I installed version 7 and its good to go now.
