check object integrity?
Hi,
some programs always expect closed polygons of their 3D models.
But by cutting operations or deleting surfaces you can easily create an 'open mesh'. Is there a way to check whether an object is 'closed'? This means filling the object with water it will not pour out at any place (I hope I could express that clear enough).
I think about selecting an object and then run the function to check and mark the vertices of open edges. I have no idea how important this is for other AC3D modellers.
