An OBJ exporter comes with AC3D, you'll find it off the "File > Export" menu.

There are a few tweaks for the exporter's behavior in the main program settings, too, I believe.

If that doesn't work, the poser export plugin also writes objs of a slightly different "flavor" than the built-in version.
