Update:
The tech rep believes the motherboard has a fault in the display system, and I will receive a new one to replace it.
However he suggested that the problem may be that the new technology within the board may not be compatable with AC3D, this kind of stuff is beyond me.
We shall see when the new (Replacement) board arrives. In the meanwhile I will order a video card (Open GL) just in case. Thanks all.
