After being away from AC3D for about one year, I was attempting to use the Import Vrml to edit/build some models for DipTrace Printed Circuit Board (PCB) software. They use 3D wrl components for their 3D Preview Display.

I am having a problem Importing DipTrace wrl files into AC3D, but I am also having problems Importing a previously Exported AC3D Vrml2 files.

Should AC3D be able to Import a previously AC3D Exported Vrml2 file?

Or, Do I have something miss-configured, or am I doing it wrong, or is this a bug?
