Titus, what are you looking for exactly ?
You already have a texture (an image) and you want to work on it ?
Or do you only need to apply that texture to your model ?

If you want to work on it for any reason, use a picture editor.
If you only want to apply that texture to your model then assign it to your object
(object/texture/Load texture) and hit the F10 function key ...
