Scrunch the UV space together along the corner you want sharp, or use "divide loop" to split the face and then scrunch the whole face. The tighter you scrunch, or the more edges you scrunch, the sharper the corner.
I don't know if you've done any work with the box modeling method, but if you have, think of it as roughly the same technique as you would use to sharpen a subdivision corner.
