After having used the TCE recently a lot, I've found it could be nice to be able to lock the move axis when you are in vertex mode ...

The shift parameters are sometimes useful, sometimes not ... when you only want to move a vertice on the Y axis, you have to put a zero value in the X axis window before that ... can be tiring when you do that a lot of times.

Well I think this part of the TCE could be improved.
