Thanks m8, Did that several weeks ago. I've tried reinstalling, restoring with the laptop's system CDs then reinstalling.
What I think I need is some help from the folks making it. The problem is consistant on three different WinXP machines, one trial and two paid for AC3D installs. The other two guys have given up on AC3D but not me, yet.
Reinstalled AC3D will not accept the purchase code numbers to unlock it now too. Surely only the folks here can help me resolve that problem as well.
