Weird... maybe your zip utility is having problems? IZArc is supposed to be a pretty good free one. I use WinZip myself. It's not free, but I like it better than the built-in Microsoft zip mostly because of the self-extractor feature.
When I open the file in WinZip, this is what I see... the highlighted files are the ones you want to copy into your plug-ins directory if you are running Windows:
