The program keeps crashing when closing, or while making a model....

Running the Program on Windows XP MCE2005 SP3 32bit with all drivers and DirectX updates
Computer is Dual boot with Vista home Premium 64bit SP1 but im trying to run all related programs on the same OS due to compatibility issues..
