Pretty much a "box modeling" job, with perhaps a few cylinders for some of the knobs and adjustment features? Maybe some chamfering to create some more contours on the edges of cushions and headrests?
You might want to base it on some good photography of the real thing (I must assume you don't have a technical drawing of the seat itself, since that would be very tightly controlled....
)
