I just would like to know how you can move the tesselation were you want to extrude. It seems that all the mesh is not build from single pieces, but it's just one mesh with extruded parts. Isn't it? Tu es francais? D'ou'?

Yes you're right, the main part of the bus is a single mesh.
I use Dennis knife plugin a lot for slicing surfaces where I want to extrude or things like that. Then I re-arrange the mesh for clean geometry purpose.
