As long as it's only installed on one PC at a time I don't that think it would be a problem. Hopefully Andy can answer your question better than I can, and you could always purchase a license for a second PC ($20) to be on the safe side.
As far as the logistics go, since AC3D uses a fair licensing system (unlike many other modern software packages) you would simply need to re-enter the license details emailed to you after your purchase on the new PC.
