The Ortho Knife plugin is available at http://supercoldmilk.com/ac3dplug/orthknife.html.

I often find myself needing a quick knife slice, and I sometimes hated creating and positioning a 3d object to use as a knife the way my other knife plugin demands.

This slightly different knife allows you to create simple lines in a single ortho window, and use it to cut the selected geometry based on the way it intersects through the geometry in that window. It also allows you to slice in any select mode.

It's not going to replace the Knife plugin, as both knife plugins end up serving a specific set of purposes.

The web page was thrown together a bit quickly due to personal time constraints, so please post back if you have any problems using or understanding the plugin.
