Hi

Im having problems aith the most basic thing. here is an image of a cylinder I made with this software.

I cant smooth the sides of the cylinder, I have adjusted the crease angle, and I have set the surface to smooth. how do I get the cylinder tool to draw a cylinder rather than this multi sided tube? ive read, re read and re read the manual... it seems bizarre to me that a cylinder tool dosent draw a cylinder... frustrating..
