I'm using Yoper just now. Its main features are a tweaked 2.6.8 kernel and a prelinker, so thinks run f-a-s-t on it. The only major downside is somewhat iffy ATI graphics card support - but that's coming, I hear. I'm personally loving it. AC3D runs very well on it, btw.
