5. Start smoothing out the details

Here I've removed the nipples from the new model, and smoothed the area over a bit.

Notice the shoulder area was clipping, and the base mesh didn't have any vertices there to help fix the problem, so I added some and merged a few polys together so I could pull that section out away from the body.
