1) You can't post images that reside only on your hard drive. You either need to park them on a webspace or perhaps get an account on one of those sites that host photos, like Photobucket.

2) Do a google search for "3D human modeling"; you'll find several tutorials on creating faces of all kinds. Don't worry if they're for other 3D programs, the concepts are the same; but the specific commands may vary some.
