OK, I must have been to tired. I totaly missed the way to big objects in the Hel model. I thought it was 10.000 and 12.000 faces, but it was actually 100.000 and 120.000 faces. The limit of 64.000 faces per object was broken. Each object in a 3ds file can only have up to 64.000 surfaces, but you can have multiple objects in one file. I dont know yet how many objects one 3ds file can take, but my stargate model has 1000 objects for the time being
The picture shows the damn part of the model making it not export. Works fine now.
