*Everybody* does that. In fact, you should take that as a *good* sign. The bad artists are the ones who think they are perfect; they can't tell anything's wrong! No one is ever perfect. The good artists are the ones who can spot the things they can do better, and then use that information to improve and grow.
The most important thing is to just stick with it. I'm sure you've heard that a billion times already, but it really is true. Keep doing it, keep making incremental improvements. There isn't an artist alive who doesn't wish they were better, pros included.
If you want to be a production artist, then why not? You shouldn't write yourself off on things like that.
