You might fake the reflections with a texture or by flipping a duplicate of the scene upside down and making the floor slightly transparent.

Really, though, reflections are usually done in the rendering program. e.g. Something like POV-Ray.

If you click Render in AC3D (F7 is the shortcut key), you can set it up to communicate with one of these renders.
