easy, if this above is 1 object the select the vertices in a clockwise order. i.e the numbered route you have already drawn is perfect the select vertex>create ordered surface!!, even if its not 1 object it will give you some jiff about not being one but will still create the surface just its own object, how does this fetch ya?
