I'm thinking it's Win 7 64-bit that's causing the problem. Although the new boxes seem to have TWO Program File folders, one marked x86 (for 32-bit), somewhere along the line, balls are being dropped. This is something that needs to be TRANSPARENT to us users. It's not our job to hunt down a solution to basic stability and launching.
