Um.... yes, I do. I authored an entire series on "How to Build Aircraft in AC3D"

Unfortunately, it's archived on a PC of mine that's down for HDD repairs at the moment, so not available right now. Also, I'm re-producing the entire series using Adobe Captivate, to increase its utility (as a series of more ubiquitous, and smaller .swf files instead of huge .wmv files), but that's quite a ways off.

However, since your interest is centered on the cockpit, I might be able to meet with you and show you some of the basics... if you have Skype.
