You can save text data to the "Data" field of an object, and AC3D .ac files are text-based, so the text is visible within any text editor --- however, it's not something that's easily viewed.

Also, this text is for objects/groups only, not an entire document, and there's no facility for exporting the text as a separate, associated file. So, assuming you're looking for a separate file that describes the model, this does not exist.
