Hey folks, I have a new issue that has cropped up in the last few days. Every object I create shows up as solid black in the 3D view (other panes are correct) even objects I created, and textured, before show all black (they used to be fine)

I'm sure it's some kind of operator error (newbie here) but I can't figure out what I did, I'm using 7.0.11 any suggestions?
