I've checked our system and we have replied to all of your messages, including sending you a replacement license key in December. The replies do sometimes get spammed - please check your spam email folders.
Sorry, it's not possible to buy additional coverage for a license from 2014. This is only possible a the time of purchasing a full license, or on upgrading a license.
