this is great mrsteve,

one last thing. i'm on a mac and don't think i can use many plugins.

but there are lots of times where i want to create a specific area on a surface to extract but it doesn't have enough vertices. or divides in the specific area of the surface.

i understand that the divide loop plugin will do this but is there a way a mac monkey like me can create specific cuts.
