There is a new OGRE (.mesh) exporter made by Clive Jackson @ Pelican Crossing (the creator of Blink 3D).

You can grab it here.

I just learned that I shouldn't have posted this thread. The plug-in is for Pelican Crossing members only -- at this time -- sorry.
