Ok, I don't know how 8) but I solved the "strange shape" problem. It was my fault.
But the problem about the textures still remains.
I can just place them on a cube.
When I try to put them on a sphere, a ring or something else, I see them with AC3D but I cannot with my directx application.
I did my tests with the default plugin and also with Direct X Export Plugin - Version 1.6 ( Jan 28 2004 ) - by F. Meinert
do you need the ac3d file and the jpg to understand what's my fault (I'm sure that the fault is mine)?
