To date I have been hand coding light colours into finished X-Plane OBJ 7 objects.

To illustrate a problem : Airport lights

Airports can have lights of different colours. I make and maintain Sydney airport scenery for XP and there are at least three colours of lights required : red, green and blue.

Q1. Does AC3D or Ben's exporter actually pass the light COLOUR information over?

Q2. Using the supplied colour pallette in AC3D, is it possible to assign ( and keep) light colours to an XP object ?
