How to add a new vertex "handle" in the middle of
Hi !
I am a beginer with AC3D. I can't figure out how to add a "vertex handle " between two existing ones. I figured out how to select a"vertex handle" :?: (the small blue square) and pull on it to distort the line but I need to add an extra one between two existing ones. Any help appreciated Thanks Jimmy Cancino Valleyfield, Quebec, Canada |

Welcome to the forums.
I think you're talking about a regular "vertex" here (not sure what a "vertex handle" refers to? I believe the little selection tabs that surround a highlighted object that can be resized are referred to as handles... the terms might have thrown you off there.) At any rate, it sounds like you want to insert a vertex between two existing vertices. To do this, go into Vertex Select mode, select two vertices where you'd like to insert a vertex between, then perform a Vertex -> Insert Vertex. The vertices must be next to each other on the same surface for this to work. Good luck |
