Spinning tied to viewport center
It would be nice to have the spinning function of 3D viewport tied to viewport center, this would allow to perfectly orbit around a detail.

Press 'f' to focus a view on the selection - that will set the spin-center.
Alternatively you an switch to walk-mode and wander around a model usig the cursor keys. |

Thank you, Andy. It works perfectly indeed, then how about a flag to get this feature indipendently from the selection, so that we could orbit around focus by just using the rotating icon at top-right? Let's call it AUTO-FOCUS.
