Hi,
here's my latest image created with AC3D, rendered in a mix of Bryce 5.0 and POVRay, based on the Terran Trade Authority handbooks background. Comments and feedback are appreciated... For the full-size version (1386 x 594 res) go to www.g7sta.demon.co.uk and follow the link to the latest image after entering the site from the main index page.

I must comment on your radar dish. it looks like something from legos at the very point. nice job.

Agreed about the 'Lego' brick effect at the end of the antenna, though it is totally unintentional!!! I couldn't think of a decent effect for the antenna 'end' so I just created some tubes and stuck them on the end.
Amazing what you can build from a few Lego bricks eh? ![]() ![]() Thanks for the positive feedback Daniel, Cheers Steve

hey no prob. I think that the lego effect gives a certian uniqeness to the model.anyways keep up the good work.
P.s sorry I haven't posted what I have been working on in a while but I am working with maya and dunno if you guys would be interested in something that I have been working on. I have been working on character modeling. I dunno if you guys would be interested in seeing them.

Hi Daniel - yeah please do upload some of your latest work!
I had thought following your comment whether to change the end of the antenna, but now I think 'Nah!' I'm happy the way it looks, and besides I'd only cover it with a boring square panel - this is sci-fi after all so I'll leave it as it is and be happy with the result! Its always good to see what projects others are working on, and get some feedback, that way we can share ideas and tips which will hopefully benefit us all. Go for it dude! ![]() Cheers Steve

Very nice work Steve --- love the mood --- great composition, and has the kind of lighting one would expect from a space-shot.
