PolyFromLines - New script available
PolyFromLines. New script for AC3D 5.0 or later. Only runs under Windows.
It creates a polygonal surface from four connected lines. Download it from: http://www.heavenlypictures.hu |

Re: PolyFromLines - New script available
Has anyone else tried this script ????
I've watched the video and it looks kinda cool but I can't get the demo to work. All I get are error messages when I click on the PolyFromLines button. And this script costs $40. |

Re: PolyFromLines - New script available
You must draw four lines. Not one polyline.
Watch this: The opposite lines must have the same number of vertexes: Then select the four lines. It's all the same what selction mode you use.(Group,vertex...). And click Polyfromlines/Create polygon That's all. |

Re: PolyFromLines - New script available
Er... I understand that 4 years are quite a while, but my work got in the way
Yesterday I found that ancient download, PolyFromLines, in a dusty corner of an old USB flash, watched the video and liked it well enough to give it a thought or three about purchasing the real thing. But, alas! now at heavenlypictures.hu (hope my wife won't ever see that name ) all I can find is something that only works for 3d studio max, and their search engine claims to know nothing about AC3D. OK, good (and bad) things come and go, we must live with that. Does anyone know of a similar product that can be used with AC3D and is still available today? THANKS! |
