Wall-E-Esk Robot
Hi all.
Here is my first complete model with AC3D. He's a space robot about a meter high. I think he needs a name, but I don't know what to call him. Here's a picture (rendered by AC3D with the awesome new render to texture plug-in): I'm making a game with him as the main character, which is why he needs a name. So far I only have developed the essentials: And while I'm making a post, does anyone know what materials are named after they have been exported in the .3ds format? As far as I can tell, a new material is created for each texture used, starting with "ac3dmat10." It's very strange. Edit: Nevermind. I just discovered the material naming preference Anyway, I haven't made any animations yet for him to use. I might post the .GIF's up when I make them. Re: Wall-E-Esk Robot
Just spent a lot of time giving him some karate moves in anim8or. I still have tons of work to do before I can get it implemented or release an early version of the game.
