Flash Animation
So I just bought this program a few days ago, so I am still getting used to it. I am working on modeling a muon chamber that is used for the ATLAS project at CERN (if you are wondering what it is look at www.atlas.ch). I am to make a presentation about this model and I would like to incorporate an animation. Does anyone know how I can do this? I was trying to use flash, but I have had some problems rendering the 3d...some sort of pov error. Thanks

To get tools->render working, ensure the path to the povengine.exe program is correct.
You can also file->export->pov and start up povray then open the file from within there. For simple spin animation, try the png plugin (in the plugin pack)- this adds an item to the tools menu which will output a sequence of 3d images. Put the images together with a gif-animator to get a spinning animation. Andy |
