It's a very original work you're doing here.
Mostly texture oriented. Even if I'm not too much into "cartoonish" style, I think it's good. Maybe you should work again on the car texture.

Are you planning on making this a game? It looks very nice. GLBasic (www.glbasic.com) supports cartoon rendering. that is: 3 color shading and silhouette outlining. I'd really like to see your models in a game...
