Second Life
I am an avid creator in Second Life, I recently purchased AC3D to help upgrade my builds in world. I am hoping someone could point me to a wiki ,or a tutorial,or something, that will help me to learn to use AC3D better with Second Life.
I have the exporter from http://www.ccccybernetics.com/ and am able to export simple objects. Where I get in trouble is trying to bring in things such as handlebars, or exhaust systems for bikes I create inworld. This is the line I need help with Quote:

Re: Second Life
Hi Koose!
You can find the docs here: http://www.inivis.com/secondlife.html Basically, the rules are pretty straight-forward: 1) Make sure you use 100% of the texture space (no holes in your map) 2) Wrap your UVs in both directions (spherical wrapping) Rule number 2 can be bent with a little LSL script, but this is the default for unscripted sculpties. Hope that helps! |
